The CIMA Management Case Study (MCS) is the second case study exam in the CIMA/CGMA Professional Qualification. It tests management-level decision-making and your ability to produce commercially focused recommendations using the preseen context and unseen tasks.
MCS requires more management-level judgement and commercial application than OCS.
