CIMA Exam Fees

Registration Fees

These fees are applicable for students registering with CIMA for the first time. The first year of subscriptions of new CIMA students runs from the 1st of January to the 31st of December in the considered year.

• Registration fee (one-off initial payment for new members): £77
• Re-registration fee: £77
• Management Accountant Gateway registration: £77
• CIMA Professional Gateway assessment registration: £425
• CIMA Masters' Gateway assessment registration: £425

Subscription Fees

These are applicable to all existing students and falls due on the 1st of January each year.

• Students: £120
• Students who passed the Strategic Case Study (SCS) exam: £275
• New students (payment included in registration fee): Free

Exam Fees

Different exam fees apply to you, based on where you live. CIMA uses a three-tiered approach when determining exam fees.

Tier 1: Australia, Canada, Europe, Singapore, and USA

• CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting OTQs (per exam): £100
• Operational level OTQs (per exam): £115
• Management level OTQs (per exam): £130
• Strategic level OTQs (per exam): £185
• Operational level case study exam (per exam): £195
• Management level case study exam (per exam): £199
• Strategic level case study exam (per exam): £289

Payment Methods

You can make online payments via the CIMA website or your MyCIMA account using either VISACard, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.  

You can also pay by calling CIMA’s payment hotline which is available 24/7. You can call CIMA to pay with a debit or credit card. 

CIMA also accepts cheques, bank drafts (in GBPs) and money orders.
